Currently setting up a new HP 14 Stream laptop.
It comes with Microsoft 365 subscription which I don't intend to use because I already have one.
When it gets to the stage of the setup where it says, "Micrososft 365 comes with your device" and I click "Got it" at the bottom of the page, It takes me to a blank blue screen and I am unable to complete the setup process.
When I press the back arrow at the top left it goes back to the Microsoft 365 screen and if I press the back arrow again it will not go further.
At this stage the only options are back arrow to Microsoft screen and Got It at the bottom of the Microsoft screen to the blue screeen.
Please help.
