Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My operating system has crashed and I have run all test and it passed.  I dont have another laptop to download the operating system off the hp help section.  I am ready to throw what was a perfect laptop 2 days ago through my window. Jking.  I have tried everything on this blog and YouTube.  Frustrated in Atlanta.

Bluescreen failures (i.e., BSODs) are notoriously difficult to diagnose and to fix -- far beyond what WE typically can do in THIS self-help Community.

What you need is a forum where folks have vast experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and suggesting repairs for BSODs, as follows:

The community Win10 forums has a section devoted to diagnosing BSODs. So, your best bet would be to post your problem there: https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/
