Example: zbook G5 17

I have my laptop four days and yesterday the dreaded blue screen  appeared, so it hung there for a couple of hours so i rang HP and they talked me through how to run different tests to see if it showed any errors, but none were shown, so they rang me  this morning to see if all was well but the sound and wifi are now showing up as erros, so they have offerd me a new machine so do i take it and spend another three days getting it the way i like or see if this problem returns and they get a new machine?

@zbook65

Your best bet is to take the replacement offer NOW!

IF you wait, there is certainly no guarantee that the PC will suddenly start working properly and also no guarantee that HP will later offer you the same replacement offer.
