HP Recommended

Hello, I need help. I have HP EliteBook 8530w, MobileWorkstation and I have problem with start up laptop. It showing me blue screen.

When I start up restore point it shows me error code 0x800700b7 and I cannot back up on any date restore.

This is writting on blue screen.

Does anyone have the same problem and how can I fix it?

Should I make changes in BIOS..for e.x switch Sata Device Mode from IDE to AHCI? Is it safe to switch that without deleting or losing files on HDD?
