Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1178tu

I am trying to connect my Oneplus Buds 2 with HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dh1xxx, but no able to find earbuds during "Add device" list. I am able to connect earbuds with my phone but not with HP Pavillion Laptop. Not sure if this is an driver issue or what, have taken help from Microsoft team but they are also not able to find the solution and asked me to connect with Device manufacturer HP. Anybody please help

You need to allow it to be discoverable. Please check its manual
