Hi, I am sorry to hear this.

 

I feel the challenge is coming from the Windows 10 installation so it possibly affected the drivers hence you are experiencing this fault.

 

You might need to do a fresh installation of Windows 10.

 

I found a Windows 10 installation CD on Amazon you can check out which should remedy the problem. Would you mind if I share the link with you?
