On startup HP Spectre x360 laptop reports:

BOOT DEVICE NOT FOUND

PLAEASE INSTALL OPERATING SYSTEM ON YOUR HARD DISK.

HARD DISK - (3FO)

If I try over and over laptop eventually starts. Seems to be dependent on updates. I had same issue in 2023, but than it magically went away. At that time running HP UEFI Diagnostics everything was fine. Did all other recommended actions.  Aside from hard restart with unplugging the battery. But it resolved before I did

Now it reappeared after it seems the latest system update about 1 month ago. Or maybe after I changed battery around the same time...

Model.#: 13-ae0xx

BIOS version: 15.36.0.0 (from 03/19/2022)

This is the latest BIOS update available for my OS system as I run: Windows 11 Home 64-bit (automatically installed by MS...) That is another issue as HP has stopped supporting Windows 11 and I can't go back to Windows 10...

Please help.
