HP Recommended

I tried to format a sandisk usb drive which was protected. I download malvastyle to use. The in the process, it got stuck in the choose an option state and refused to restart. Then it went off. Now it is requesting me to install an operating system. I have done a diagnostic and it has passed.

Help!
