HP OmniBook 5 16 inch Laptop PC 16-ba1000 (B46Y0AV)

I have brought a brand new HP Omnibook 5 laptop 16-ba1xx  and occasionally i get "Boot device not found" when starting the laptop.

I wonder how come this issue is occurring is it some manufacturing defect in the hardware or some other problem. Is there a permanent fix for this ? This issue is intermittent.

Intermittent boot failure, which is exactly the kind of issue that can worsen over time (more frequent dropouts, longer boot times, eventual complete failure).

I suggest to return this laptop and get replacement. Sine the the laptop is brand new, the return window may still be open, often around 7–14 days depending on the seller. If you bought it online, go to the same site, open My Orders, and request a return or replacement. If you bought it from a physical store, take it back there and ask for a replacement under their policy
