Boot Device Not Found

Hello Tech Community,

Please, I really need your help. I have an HP-15-f211 WM Notebook PC (Touch).

When I start the notebook, the windows 10 Home (64-bit) does not run. There is a black screen with this message:

Boot Device Not Found

Please install an operating system on your hard disk.

When I bought this notebook did not come with any cd. The notebook came with windows 10 (home-64 bit) operating system already installed. What can I do?

When I press F2 this message appears:

What's the meaning of these parts and what cian I do to fix it?

Do I need to buy a new notebook?

Do I need to replace the hard drive?

Did I lose my files or can I have a copy of them?

Please help me!

I had a similar problem with an Envy laptop. Went through hell trying to solve it. Eventually found that if there was a USB drive plugged in when I booted up it was seen as the first choice for the boot drive. Pulled it out and the problem disappeared. Mind you this might not be the cause of your problem, but it won't take long to try it.
