HP Touchsmart
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I am attempting to fix my issue (3F0), however I am unable to restore the computer; all the options are greyed out. I attempted to restore BIOS settings and restore Intel Optane.

Problem is, when I made sure Legacy Support is disabled, the menu for UEFI HII Configuration was not present where it should be.

I'm completely lost and unable to afford any replacements at all. I truly need this computer. Someone please help me ASAP!

This issue is often due to a failing drive.

So, let's check that first, because if it is failing, it would need to be replaced and there is no point then in doing anything else until we confirm that.

Since your PC is new enough to support UEFI, you can use these steps to test the HDD (Hard Disk Drive): http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00439024

It passed the test. What else should I look for?
