Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I am trying to fix my youngest brothers HP Laptop and it is all black. It can go to bios. I also can't go inside this thing called CRTL + ALT + DELETE. Sometimes I could go in to Windows 11 again but after playing a game, It crashed and freeze everything. It always go to blue screen. The problem is "Boot Device Not Found". When I go to F2 System Diagnostics and test Hard Drive > Quick Check:
The Results:

Testing Drive: 1
Smart Check: Passed

Short DST: Not Available

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hard Drive Check > Extensive Check

The Results:

Testing Drivers: 1

Smart Check: Passed

Long DST: Not Available            Current Version: 2. 0. 2. 0 - BIOS

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When I got into Windows 11 again I tried to factory reset it and it won't let me. There is also "Battery Alert" always happening.

Sorry for typing so much. Please Help.
