Hello Tech Community,
Please, I really need your help. I have an HP-15-f211 WM Notebook PC (Touch).
When I start the notebook, the windows 10 Home (64-bit) does not run. There is a black screen with this message:

When I bought this notebook did not come with any cd. The notebook came with windows 10 (home-64 bit) operating system already installed. What can I do?
When I press F2 this message appears:

I had a similar problem with an Envy laptop. Went through hell trying to solve it. Eventually found that if there was a USB drive plugged in when I booted up it was seen as the first choice for the boot drive. Pulled it out and the problem disappeared. Mind you this might not be the cause of your problem, but it won't take long to try it.
