HP Recommended

Hi everyone,

This morning my HP Pavilion 16-inch Laptop PC 16-ag0000 (955U1AV) displayed the error “Boot Device Not Found (3F0)” when I tried to start it.

The laptop had been in standby mode overnight. The day before, it was working normally and I was only browsing the web and using Microsoft Office applications. There have been no recent hardware changes, software installations, BIOS updates, or other modifications.

I ran the HP UEFI diagnostics. All tests passed except the storage test. Both Hard Drive/SSD and Storage Test (Flash) come back with „no Hard Drive installed“.

I also resetted the BIOS to Standard settings, with no Effect

Based on this, I assume that the SSD/HDD is no longer being recognized by the system?
