Product: HP Stream 11-r014wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My friend gave me one of his old laptops, and when I brought it home, I tried to reset it. It said that there was an issue resetting so I made a bootable USB so I could reinstall windows due to the fact that it was boot looping. I tried to go through the boot menu, and it didn't detect my USB. I thought maybe the ISO I tried was too new, so I went with one from 2017. That didn't work so here I am.
