So my ox did several updates then I went into factory reset the pc and upon the upload process i got a message that says boot device not found hard disk 3F0 

gives option for system diagnostic which ran 4 hours with everything passing but still same screen and will not load and my restore disk are no where to be found please any help would be great thank you

You either have a busted hard drive or you laptop motherboard has died. 
Is it still under warranty?
Try going into your BIOS and check if it detects anything under SATA or IDE.

 

And there are some other methods that you can try out. Hope it is helpful.

Thank you I will try to check these things out I have done a hard drive test which said pass it was the extensive one like 4 hour run but sits not under warranty either I appreciate your advice I will check it out thank you again
