above^ is what my laptop says everytime i turn it on. I forgot the password and entered it incorrectly too many times before this msg came up on my screen.

This message has nothing to do with the password.

 

This nearly always means the primary drive has failed, will need to be replaced, and Windows reinstalled on the PC.
