What happens when you run the storage test?
Anyway, you have a 32GB eMMC drive which is integrated on the motherboard (soldered).
Now, what you can try is to reinstall the OS. Here is how to do it.
Download media creation tool from Microsoft on PC (different PC), run and create a bootable pendrive with the OS on it. (there is an explanation on the Microsoft web page on how to create the pendrive). Create the drive with Windows 10 Home 64-bit edition. Windows will automatically activate once installed and connected to the Internet.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
If you choose this option you will need to use the pendrive to perform a clean install of Windows 10. You might need to disable fastboot and secure boot in BIOS (probably not). So, insert the pendrive in the PC and it should boot directly from the drive. If not, turn off the PC by holding the power button. Press the power button and immediately keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears and then press F9 and choose the pendrive in the boot menu. Once it boots from pendrive follow the procedure to install Windows. Choose custom install and delete all partitions. Now, install in unallocated space.
When finished installing allow Windows to completely update and find all or most drivers. You can follow this process by going into settings > Security and update > click on Verify for updates. You might need to reboot a couple of times.
I recommend installing HP support assistant which will help keep your drivers up to date and much more. You can download the latest version from here.

Once completely updated you can go into device manager and see if there are any missing drivers (there will be yellow exclamation mark next to the device). You can find these drivers and software on HP support page for your product.
Hope it helps,
David

Hi,
This usually indicates that the hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced. You will then need to reinstall the OS.
If you need any help with this let me know and provide the exact model or product number of your PC. Here is how to find it:

David

Hi, I have an HP Pavilion x360 14-ba175nr, and getting the same as others here (64bit) "Boot Device Not Found". Please install an Operating System. On your hard disk. Hard Disk (3F0)."
The warrantee just ran out, less than 5 days ago. Went through diagnostics, repair, which all failed, and just to try, did a system restore ( F11 hold while powering up) which made no difference. Opened a command window, ran DiskPart, then list volume, and nothing there either. After running one of the repairs, I got a "SMART Hard Disk Erro. The SMART Hard Disk check has detected an imminent failure.
Hard Disk 1 (301)"
so clearly, the he'd is is no good, right? Here I see the other question, I could get a new HDD, but how do I get a copy of the OS (Win 10 - 64 bit) back on the drive? From what I read, the license is associated to the device S/N, which is great, but how do I get the OS so I don't have to pay for it, and 2nd, this doesn't have a CD drive? I can possible download it to a USB thumb drive, but how do you get it recognized during startup, to install?
Thanks in advance.
