Hello,

As a first step, please follow the instructions on the HP link Boot Device Not Found (3F0) or Automatic Repair Errors.

Use the following steps to check the hard drive:
  1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
  2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
  3. The HP PC Hardware Diagnostics opens. On the main menu, click Component Tests.
  4. In the Component Tests menu, click Hard Drive.
  5. In the Hard Drive Tests menu, click Extensive Test.
  6. Click Run Once.
  7. The Hard Drive Extensive Test begins. If the computer has more than one hard drive, select the drive you want to test. To test all the hard drives, select Test All Hard Drives.
When the test is complete, the results are displayed on the screen. Test results are also available in the Test Logs on the main menu.
  8. If the hard drive passes the Quick Test, but there is still a problem with the hard drive, run the Extensive Test. This test includes the SMART Check, Short DST, Optimized DST, and Long DST. To run these tests individually, select them from the Hard Drive Tests menu.
If the hard drive fails one of the tests, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) so you have it available when you contact HP Customer Support. The information is also available in Test Logs on the main menu.

Don't hesitate to ask us if you need us.

@Krystelld

Thanks for your return,

The test found a problem with your hard drive and it may need to be replaced. If possible, back up your personal files to a flash drive or external hard drive as soon as you can.

The following documents are available for reference:
HP PCs - Backing Up Your Files (Windows 7)

The procedure for replacing the hard disk drive can be found in the HP manual below on pages 41 and 42.
Maintenance and Service Guide

In case of need, do not hesitate to solicit us.

I have the same problem and when I do the hardware diagnostics UEFI, the menu list only has memory tests, storage tests, language, and exit. It does not show component tests or hard drive test. It allows me to do memory test and it passed, but when I highlight storage tests, it shows quick test and extensive test but does not do anything when I click on either the quick or extensive. Instead, it goes back to the menu list that says memory tests, storage tests, language, and exit.
