I accidentally turned off the power strip and when I turned everything back on. It shows a blue screen saying boot device not found. Please install operating system on your hard drive

You probably just need to repair the boot sector. 

First makes sure the drive was not damaged


Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.
Do not allow any updates or repairs if disk or memory fail, especially a BIOS update.

Select trouble shoot => advanced => startup repair
