I saw the message like "Boot device not found" in the screen. Then I scan the QR code and read some tips for recovering. But any of them couldn't help me, that's why I haven't solved that problem yet

If the Hard Disk Error 3F0 boot device not found is displayed on a black screen, use the following procedures to try to resolve the error.

 

Restore BIOS default settings

Update the BIOS

Perform the hard drive symptom test in HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI

Reinstall Windows on the hard drive
