Product: Omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I have a hp omen 15 dc1044na which needs a hp spare key recovery usb because it is stuck in boot (not a boot loop) I can enter the bios and uefi my ssd and ram appear intact after a scan the (ssd is Samsung if that helps)

Sorry, but HP can not provide you that USB stick; instead, it is something you have to make yourself using the HP Recovery Manager on your PC. 

 

If you can boot into Recovery Manager using F11, you might still be able to make that USB key stick.

My pcs ssd was completely filled and crashed when I contacted support I got the part in 2 days and the rep was very helpful and recovery manager was f2 Bois was f10
