Product: Elite book

Trying to bring up system and get 3F0 did f2 to diagnose UEF1 memory passed hard drive quick check - smart check not installed- short DST not installed.   Version 1.6.1.0 - BIOS - now exit - keeps saying BootDevice not found - Please install an operating system on your hard disk. I have used this laptop before now. Don’t know what to do. Please help.
