Hello hp community

I have a HP laptop model (650 Notebook PC), I decided to reinstall the windows 7, I did shrink one disk to creat new disk (hard disk: I)  and extracted the win.7iso file there, then through (Easy BCD) app I added new booting option by name of (Windows 7 installer) and force the PC to boot on that disk. Now I get the booting error 0*c0000001, as in the picture I uploaded above.

what should I do?
