Please i had a system update yesterday. Woke up this morning to use my Laptop and all of a sudden it shows a blue screen that the pc is having a problem. I wait patiently for the Diagnosis buh to no avail.
It leads me back to the bluescreen asking if i should shutdown or Use Advanced Options.
I first viewed the recently solved problems encountered on the website which just like mine. And i tried using that buh still nothing. It first gave me this Srt/srttrail.txt thing. I've used the Command prompt and all. Tried resetting buh nothing. I even had a hard drive extansive test. Then after i want to move to system recovery.
Now the pc shows me a stopcode (0xc000021a) now i can't do anything on the pc because it just restarts like Crazy.
The Automatic repair itself doesn't work....
Please I'm desperately need a reply

@Nathaniel_Nene here's what you need to do, start with a hard reset as per HP standards: Click here for details.
If Windows suddenly restarts without warning, or restarts when you try to shut it down, it might be caused by one of several issues. Windows could be set to restart automatically when certain system errors occur. A BIOS update can also resolve the issue. Use the information in this document to resolve issues with the computer restarting unexpectedly.
If the computer restarts unexpectedly and then does not start to Windows, see one of the following documents for steps to resolve this issue:
-
HP Guided Solution - No Power or No Boot Troubleshooting for notebook or desktop computers.
-
Computer Does Not Start (Windows) for notebook computers.
FOR DETAILS & FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS, USE THIS LINK: CLICK HERE
(By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved)
Also, have you attempted to capture any error message that appears before or after the device restarts?
Did you try updating the BIOS to resolve the issue? (If not, please click here to find and install it)
