Welcome to the HP Support Community

Let's follow the below solution that can resolve the issue.

Restore the BIOS using the below link:

If the issue persists, let's try restoring your computer.

System Restore is a software program available in all versions of Windows 10 and Windows 8. System Restore automatically creates restore points, a memory of the system files and settings on the computer at a particular point in time

Refer to this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03327545 to restoring the computer.

If this does not solve the issue we have to Resetting Your Compute.

Windows 10 has a reset feature that repairs your computer by reinstalling the operating system. This feature is recommended for recovery because it reinstalls Windows 10 while either preserving your personal data and customizations or removing all your personal data.

Note: Take a backup of your data.

Click on this document: https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c04742289 for windows recovery.

Keep me posted, how it goes!

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Have a great day!

Cheers:)
