HP Recommended

Worse still is that I can't seem to get a hold of HP customer service unless I want to pay for technical support because my laptop is our of warrenty. This doesn't make sense to me because I want to call them about the reinstall kit they just sold me. I don't know how to fix my laptop now that I have this error message popping up, norr do I know how to contact HP about it. I'd at least like a refund on the reinstallation kit if it won't work! Any ideas??
