Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

Today morning I started my laptop and it gave me screen with the error in blue (error in subject line). It also said "Automatic Startup Repair couldn’t repair your PC . Press “Advanced options” to try other options to repair your PC or “Shut Down” to turn off your PC. Log file: C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt"
I followed all steps on this webpage: [content removed] but got access denied error on running the last command (

bootrec.exe /fixboot

)
Then I went through all commands on this webpage and created a USB boot drive and changed the order and enabled legacy - basically all steps
[content removed]

After this, I am now stuck where in, I am not getting the troubleshoot / command prompt restore recovery HP blue options page.

Upon powering it, it gives HP log and then the same "Your device ran into ......error with stop code of: oxc000021a) and then takes me to Recovery page "Your PC couldn't start properly). After multiple tries, the OS on your PC failed to start. Error code: 0xc0000001 and only options of to go from there to

Press Enter to try again
Press F1 to enter Recovery environment,

Press F8 for Startup Settings and

Esc for UEFI Firmware settings

F1 takes me to Recover page with error message that reads like below:
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. The Boot Configuration Data file doesn't contain valid information for an operating system
File: /BCD
Error code 0xc0000098

F8 takes me to Startup Settings with 9 different options of 1) enabling debugging, 2) boot logging through 9) disable automatic restart after failure and then finally Enter to restart

Can someone fix my notebook, have time sensitive submissions due to hand in.

Thank you.

I was able to resolve this by booting a unix operating system through a usb, copying my personal files to an external drive and reinstalling windows.
