It's hard to recreate exaxctly what you did but odds are the data is still recoverable. Stop using the laptop. Pull out the hard drive and connect it with a usb to SATA cable to another computer. Run a program like Recuva to see if data can be located and recovered. Even if you deleted the Windows partitions using the Linux installer it likely did not format or write over the data and Recuva can find the folders and such to copy off the drive.
