Product: HP Pavilion Notebook PC

A few months ago I bought a McAfee Live Safe 2 Year service. Later on I got an email saying my order was delivered and I will get an email that allows me to download the service. However, I never got the email.

Sorry. You have to contact McAfee, I don't think HP can help you here. Please try the following Forum

I did contact McAfee, and they told me I need a key code that is 25 digits long from HP that is going to allow McAfee to activate my product. That is why I contacted you guys.

It would help a lot if you guys can reply quickly because I paid for the Livesafe program. I have two years to use it, and I do not want to waste it The only thing I need is a 25 digit code for McAfee to activate it. Thank you!
