I've registered my new x360 13t with HP. The model number from Best Buy is 13-AW0003DX, and that's what will show up on HP when I go through the browser. When I use HP Support Assistant, it says "HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-aw0xxx"
But whenever I try to do anything that would be linked to my model number, it seems like nothing works. When I click to find drivers, it basically hangs and doesn't even display the model name. When I click to contact support, it hangs and doesn't even display the laptop.
I'm trying to get recovery media, but my model number isn't on the list, and the Cloud recovery media thing doesn't work, since it says my product isn't supported.
Any idea on how I solve this?

Hi
Not really.
HOW DO I USE DIAGNOSTICS?
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics is a Windows-based utility that allows you to run diagnostic tests to determine if the computer hardware is functioning properly. The tool runs within the Windows operating system in order to diagnose hardware failures. HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows comes pre-installed on new HP computers, but if not on yours, download here:-
https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/pc-diags.html
The info page will give the serial number, product number etc etc.
