Hello everybody,

I had my warranty about to expire and before it did I have bought an extended 3 years one through the Hp support assistant.

This took place around June the year, for some reason I never got the warranty and I cant understand why there is no option to speak with someone in support. When i try to use the virtual agent it get stuck on the fact that my warranty expired and don't let me get someone on the phone.

 

what should be my next move thanks,
