Product: Spectre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Brand new system, take out of box,  does not boot, up get errors, HP Customer Service non nonexistent,  thinking I have to call American Express to cancel the order, fell only way I  will get service from HP to address this major shortcoming

Sorry, not jumping thru any more hoops,  retuning the laptop and buying a dell.   HP had numerous opportunities to correct the  shortcoming and failed at each opportunity.
