Brand new HP Envy x360 Ryzen Operating system not found

Hello community,

This morning I had issue when I tried to turn on my laptop. 

When I tried to turn on the laptop this morning there was an error message "operating system not found" but it is solved directly as I try to turn it off then on again.

But since this laptop is barely 24 hours old, can I find any warranty suggestion regarding the issue?

I don't know what you would expect to find in any warranty statement, as those don't deal with technical issues.

That said, you should not be having problems like this with a new PC!

You paid for free HP Tech Support as part of the warranty coverage, so you might as well make use of it.

While this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do regarding your problems.  They might be able to troubleshoot it remotely for you.
