Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My notebook is brand new, received today. I plugg it before press the start button, I set the keyboard and language and I set my wifi, after 30-45 min of loading.... nothing at all ! Black screen since 2 hours right now ! What should I do ?

  1. Turn off the computer.
  2. Turn on the computer and immediately start pressing the Esc key. When the startup menu opens tap F11 key. The Choose and optionscreen is displayed.
  3. On the Choose an Option screen, click Troubleshoot.

  4. On the Troubleshoot screen, click Recovery Manager.

  5. Under Help, click System Recovery.

  6. Select Recover without backing up, and then click Next.
