Pavilion 15-au185sa

In the corner of my laptop near the screen where also the power button was a crack it happened after I lost the screw. After i replaced it , it got lost again and when I opened it the whole part in the corner cracked and now I can't open the laptop at all or the whole plastic around the keyboard will crack. I tried opening it a little and tried turning it on but it won't work with the plug in or out.

What do i do?

Hello @Anna_1235

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.🙂

Best would be to send or bring the computer to HP Authorized Service Center to get it repaired

or call HP Support to explore local support options >> https://www8.hp.com/uk/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html

It is hard or impossible to assist you remotely (online) with hardware related issues or hardware repairs since I (we) cannot see the things on our own, have no parts and don't know your actual skills (no offense intended). Therefore, please reach to HP or find a local authorized service center to have the computer repaired.

Let me know how it goes.
