Brought new labtop, followed step i was told now its wont let me sign in..... An it's giving me a email i don't even know too recover me signing in please help

Hi

If the Laptop is new then a Recovery using F11 may solve the problem.
Make, Model and OS please.
SKU: if possible please.
System SKU: N6K07EA#ABU

Please do not post Serial Numbers.

With Win10, you have two different login options:

1) MSN account

2) Local account

 

The first puts an email address on the screen -- which is the MSN account you need to sign into to login to your desktop.

 

Unfortunately, when you setup Win10 for the first time, it NOW expects you to use an MSN account -- so if you didn't have one, then you created one, and you need to use that password to login.
