Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The only user account on my windows 10 is a built in administrators account. I cant seam to change it, add another account, access the internet via Microsoft edge, so all this is via my phone. All I want to do is create a local user administrator account.

P.S. I suck at dos/cmd. prompt

Let's first get our terms straight so we're talking about the same thing.

The built-in Admin account is HIDDEN by default, so unless you went to a lot of trouble to unhide that, you are NOT using that account.

Instead, you are most likely using an account you created when you first started using the PC -- and this is a general account with some Admin rights, not the built-in Administrator account.

Go into Setting Accounts and look at your account. It should say Administrator -- and if it does, that means you should have permissions to create other accounts.

To create more accounts, you use the Family & other users entry and click either Add a family member or Add someone else to this PC.
