"I am using an HP EliteBook 735 G5 (or G6) and recently bought a Rocware RB20 3-in-1 multi-function device. Since connecting it to my laptop, my built-in camera has stopped working. I have tried several troubleshooting steps from Google search, but they did not work. I also uninstalled the driver from Device Manager, hoping to reinstall it on a refresh, but the camera is no longer appearing there. Even after trying to manually install the camera driver from the HP support site, the built-in camera is still missing and not working. What should I do?"

The recommended camera driver for your 735 G5 is here

If that does not work then see if there is a restore point that dates to when the internal camera was last working.

type "restore" in the window search bar.

Is there an error icon (red or yellow) in the device manager?
