You mention Windows 8 but both your thread header and the HP product page for your PC model show Windows 10.
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.

Hi, @Ajay292
Your notebook is too old to be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
You can reinstall W10 for free as follows...
Make bootable W10 installation media using the media creation tool at the link below. Make the 64 bit installation media.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
When the installation begins, select the version of W10 you need to reinstall, which should be W10 Home since your notebook's product specs indicate that it originally came with W8 64 bit.
When you get to the part that asks you to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Some models sold in India and elsewhere came with W8 single language, so if you remember that yours came with W8 single language, select the W10 Home single language version to install.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Hi:
You would have to let me know exactly what the error report is.
The media creation tool should have automatically created a bootable USB installation drive for you and when you boot from it, the drive should have begun to load the Windows installation files.
