Loading big files to my Cloud storage, storage said it was to the cloud only.  Message from Fire

fox to reboot for a better fix to there system..., I did.  Then Blue Screen and I was locked out, Blue Screen only, got the error message SRT problem, went to Advance Features, ran all the commands I could find..., still locked out.  Any help would be welcome.

Hi  @330959,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I Understand your concern, don’t worry let me help you with this.

To better assist you, could you please share the exact HP model of your computer ?

And kindly follow the below steps :

Did the blue screen error display a specific code ?

When you tried the Advanced Options, were you able to access Safe Mode at all?

Do you recall if the issue started right after a Windows update or only after the Firefox reboot prompt?

Here are few steps you can try:

Safe Mode Boot: Restart your PC and press F8 or Shift + F8 repeatedly before Windows loads. If you can enter Safe Mode, uninstall the last update or driver that may have triggered the crash.

Startup Repair: From Advanced Options, run Startup Repair again. Sometimes it takes multiple attempts to fix corrupted boot files.

System Restore: If you had restore points enabled, roll back to a date before the issue began.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for the help, I was loading some files to my program and I got Fire Fox message to reload  Fire Fox.  So I did, then the computer went to blue screen.  It gave the error: D\WINDOW\Sytem32\LogFile\Srt\Srt Traio.txt.  Then I press repair and it came that it couldn't fix the problem.  I went on YouTube and checked all the command code I could find to no avail.  At one point it said I did not have enough free space to run the fix.  Now I knew that I was short on space, my Sync program said it was loading to the cloud only.  So now I am still stuck in blue screen and am worried to not harm the computer.  I will wait for an answer, thanks again.  BTW, I have a lack of knowledge about all this.
