i want to dual boot in my hp laptop 15ay563tu currently i have ubuntu 18.04 installed and i want to have windows 7 dual booted in py laptop ....

is it possible in my laptop

Possible, yes -- easy -- NO.

 

The general rule is to install Windows first and Ubuntu second, as then, you will boot into Ubuntu by default and can easily modify it to add Windows as as boot option.  But the other way around, Windows will overwrite the boot selection and you will only boot into that by default, and fixing that is a lot harder.

 

I'm sorry, but we here are not equipped to provide detailed Linux support. Your best bet for Linux support is to contact the support forum for the Linux distro you are using -- in this case, the Ubuntu Forums: http://ubuntuforums.org/
