@Luivvvv,

Since your notebook has an Intel Core i3 11th gen processor, you need to supply Intel RST storage driver to the Windows installer for it to detect the storage drive to install Windows on.

You can follow the steps below for the installation of IRST driver.

1. Download Intel RST driver from the link below. Run it as administrator and follow the on-screen instructions to perform the driver extraction.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp146501-147000/sp146929.exe

2. Go to C:\SWSetup\sp146929. Double click the sp146929 folder and copy the F6 folder to the root directory of the Windows installation usb drive. The F6 folder contains IRST drivers which the installation setup needs to detect the storage drive.

3. Connect the usb drive to the notebook and boot the system from the usb drive. When asked where to install Windows, click on Load Driver -> Browse -> the usb drive in the window that opens -> the F6 folder -> OK.

4. Multiple .inf driver files may be displayed. Select one and click Next. If no driver files are displayed, uncheck the box on the bottom left corner of the screen to display drivers. Find and select an 'iaStorVD.inf ' file and click Next to load the driver.

5. The storage drive may be displayed with partitions. Delete every partition until you only see 'unallocated space' on the screen. Click Next to proceed the installation.

You can contact HP customer service to ask if they sell a recovery USB drive for your model.

If you can use a Windows-based PC to run HP Cloud recovery Tool, you can create a recovery USB drive that restores your SSD drive to a factory state. You need a 32 GB usb drive for the recovery media, and the recovery tool needs to be downloaded from Microsoft Store. If the recovery tool software asks you to enter the product number (ProdID), you can get it from the bottom cover of your notebook. Click this link for more information.

BTW, did you try to unzip the F6 folder I attached and copy the extracted F6 folder to a usb drive for Windows installation? That's the fastest way to bring your notebook back in order, but I guess somehow it didn't work out.

Sorry for the situation you are facing, but the recovery operation isn't easy if you don't have a Windows PC.
