Computer stop working, had the care package, they didn’t want to send a label to fix the computer so I canceled the plan to get it fixed somewhere else they agreed on refunding the money which up to today they have not, they showed a paper saying they did it but the money never showed up in my account, I talk with my bank there is no transaction, my case has been escalated to an agent name Ronel, he got to the point to ask me if I wanted to take my computer to repair with them but if they find out it was my fault they will charge me, I told him I knew it was a motherboard issue and was not my fault because I know HP like to blame customers so they don’t have to pay for the repair, once I mentioned this he stopped communicating with me and not giving me a solution, the line he says to call it’s always bussy and he does not respond to emails anymore [Personal Information Removed] ext 055231 my case number is [Personal Information Removed]… I been dealing with this issue since July and I really need a solution on this… how can I request for another agent or a solution to this? A phone number to call ?
