CMOS BATTERY ON 15-CS?

Hello, i have a HP Pavillion Lapyop Model 15-cs3075cl and have been recieving a text on my screen saying "The CMOS checksum is invalid" and also when i power reset it only stay on black screen until i drain the battery will it get back to the "The CMOS checkaum is invalid". Lastly does my HP Pavillion Laptop Model 15-cs3075cl have CMOS BATTERY?

Hi:

Your notebook does not have a CMOS/RTC battery.

The main battery also serves as the CMOS battery to maintain the BIOS and system clock settings.

I wouldn't know how to go about fixing the problem.

It's probably one of two things...a bad battery or a bad motherboard.
