Laptop: HP Victus 15 RTX 3050

Windows 23H2

Every time I turn on my laptop, the power button blinks and Cmos blue screen Error pops us stating it has detected change in Bios settings and will be reset to default since 1 month. The date and time settings stay out of sync. My laptop doesn't contain a separate CMOS battery. Hence, am unable to figure out what to troubleshoot.

Recently the issue has escalated with the laptop not even turning on. Only the power button blinks and stays like that. After trying around 10-15 times, it boots for once.

I have tried reinstalling the BIOS whenever the laptop turns up. Even did all the updates. Tried turning on by removing the battery.
