Product: HP 250 G7 Notebook PC (9JH65AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I replaced a new battery in my laptop (HP 250 G7) because the older one didn't store power itself, which results in an error (CMOS 502). The problem is that the error (CMOS 502) still continues even after i replaced a new battery. And one more thing, I can turn on my laptop only when it is connected with AC power.
