Pavilion 13-b020nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, I have a HP Pavilion 13-b020nd. If i start my laptop i get an error (507) and the laptop automaticly tries to restart.

The laptop try to restart but fails. After that te laptop will not restart again. So I opened it in search of a CMOS battery to replece it. I even got out the motherboard but i can't not find a battery. So my conclusion at first was there is no cmos battery. But after searching for more info about this isseu i only find info that tells me that EVERY pc and laptop has a cmos battery. Product info specially fow this laptop on HP-support won't tel me anyting and any search on google won't give ma a good result when i search on "cmos battery for HP Pavilion 13-b020nd. HP support does not give any result on cmos for this type of laptop.

So my next step was to disconnect the main battery and after that the error message was gone and restarting was no problem anymore.
So i think my battery is bad. But the bios is still holding the settings, like date etc, even without the battery and without the cmos battery that i can't find. I don't understand this. Where is the power that is needed for bios settings
