Product: HP ENVY 16 inch Laptop PC 16-h1000 (754F7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Using the Envy 16 with i9 13900h, I've noticed the issue, already discussed by other users:

The default turbo boost power of the CPU has been set to 20W and short boost of 45W....and this has heavily affected the performance on this laptop. 

However modifying these values through Intel XTU to 45/115 W, which are the recommended values by Intel... Almost doubles the performance! 

 

Hope HP do something about it... We need a BIOS update to solve this
