HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (33D84AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't find a way to turn down the CPU clock when power supply is inserted.

When laptop works on battery, the CPU goes from 0.75 to 4.30 GHz but when power socket is inserted it is always at 4.30GHz no matter which is the actual CPU load.

I tried everything witht the power plan but not find the solution.

Any idea?
